Delivering Safe Drinking Water to the City of Grandview Since 1935
Commitment to Safe Drinking Water
Jackson County Public Water Supply District No. 1 is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality drinking water that meets all state and federal standards set by the Safe Drinking Water Act. The District primarily sources its water from purchased, pretreated surface water to ensure a reliable supply for the Grandview community.
Ensuring Purity Through Advanced Treatment
To maintain the highest levels of purity, the water undergoes a rigorous multi-step treatment process—including disinfection, filtration, and regular testing for a variety of potential contaminants. Each year, the District publishes a comprehensive Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) that details specific water quality data, source information, and compliance results, providing residents with full transparency regarding the safety and healthfulness of their tap water.
