Established in 1935 as one of the first political subdivision of its kind in the State of Missouri, Jackson County Public Water Supply District No. 1 has a long-standing history of providing essential water services to the community. Primarily serving the City of Grandview, the District manages approximately 9,300 connections that support roughly 26,000 customers across its service area.

The District operates under the guidance of a five member Board of Directors, which meets monthly to oversee all operational phases and ensure the delivery of safe, reliable water.
