The District operates under a clear framework of policies and governance to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsible management of public resources. Guided by a five-member Board of Directors, all decisions are made in accordance with Missouri statutes and established District policies. Regular board meetings, open to the public, provide oversight of operations, financial stewardship, and long-term planning, ensuring the District continues to deliver safe, reliable water service to the community.
