To use the phone system you will need your New account number and your house number.

The New account numbers now have 10 numbers, for example:

New account number 1-009600-012 (10 digits)
Old account number 1009600.12 (9 digits)

You can also find a convenient QR code on your billing statement to scan and open the Municipal Online Payments website to view or pay your bill.
